How to Place an Order

We accept PayPal payments, cashier or personal checks.
Your shipping cost is already stated in the listing, and we will handle arranging the details!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Email with your shipping information.
Your item will be hand delivered into your home - first floor delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location, from time of pick up.
Shipping cost stated, is to the continental US.

Returns

All sales at Castle Hill are final sales. If there is a problem, or damage to the item we will work with the shipper, to have the item repaired locally in your area. Please be sure to carefully measure your space to make sure that the item will fit in your home.

We want you to be happy with your purchase with no surprises. We have been selling furniture items for 10 plus years online, and rarely run into problems, but if we do, we make it our job to work extra hard to resolve any issues, making sure our customer remains happy!
